Matagouri is a thorny scrub bush found at high altitude in the South Island, New Zealand. I took this photograph last month near the Lake Tekapo church.

I was waiting for friends at a restaurant in Paddington, Brisbane last month when I saw the rainbow in the sky over the city. The sky was a strange mixture of grey, brown and orange. I took a walk down Given Tce, taking photos from every vantage point I could find. The photo I’ve included here I took with a Panasonic DMC FZ20. I’m not sure if the cables above the street add to the shot or not.
